Description
ZDLD13 is a potent, orally active, and selective CDK4/CycD3 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.38 μM) with anti-tumor activity against HCT116 colorectal cancer cells. It inhibits proliferation, invasion, and colony formation while inducing apoptosis and G1 cell cycle arrest. This compound has also demonstrated significant efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth in HCT116 xenograft models.
