Description
Mt KARI-IN-4 (5c) is a potent inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis ketol-acid reductoisomerase (Ki = 5.48 μM) and exhibits antitubercular activity against Mtb H37Rv (MIC = 0.78 μM) . It shows low cytotoxicity in HEK cells (IC50 >72 μg/mL), making it a promising candidate for tuberculosis research in biochemical and microbiological assays.
