Description
(R) -BAY-899 is the R-enantiomer of BAY-899, a selective and orally bioavailable antagonist of the luteinizing hormone receptor (LH-R) . It inhibits human LH (IC50 = 185 nM) and rat LH (IC50 = 46 nM) in vitro, making it a useful research tool for studying reproductive endocrinology in both biochemical and animal models.
