Description
ATS-9R is a peptide comprised of an adipocyte-targeting sequence and D-type 9-arginine. It selectively transfects mature adipocytes by binding with inhibitory proteins. Both in vitro and in vivo, ATS-9R enables adipocyte-targeted gene delivery. This peptide can be utilized to develop gene vectors targeting adipocytes and for researching obesity and obesity-induced metabolic syndrome.
