• Description :

  GR-28 is an inhibitor for small C-terminal domain phosphatase 1 (SCP1) . GR-28 inhibits the transcriptional activity of repressor element-1 silencing transcription factor (REST), inhibits the proliferation of glioblastoma cells (IC50 is 2.9 and 10.1 µM, for cells A172 and T98G) [1].
