FGF-10 Recombinant Protein
- Description: FGF-10 is a heparin-binding growth factor that belongs to the FGF family. Proteins of this family play a central role during prenatal development, postnatal growth and regeneration of a variety of tissues, by promoting cellular proliferation and differentiation. FGF-10 is most related to FGF-7/KGF, and is expressed during the development and, preferentially, in adult lungs. It signals through FGFR 2b. Recombinant Murine FGF-10 is a 17.0 kDa protein consisting of 148 amino acid residues.

- Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/µg of protein (<1EU/µg)
- Purity: ≥ 95% by SDS-PAGE gel and HPLC analyses
- Length: 148
- Form: Lyophilized
- Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. This solution can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein (example 0.1% BSA) and store in working aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.
- Molecular Weight: 17.0 kDa
