Dectin-1 Antibody

  Human, mouse, rat

• Applications :

  Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes 28 kDa of Dectin-1 from samples of human origins. A ~16 kDa monomeric form and a 43 kDa glycoprotein can also be detected. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
