  Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Jurkat cell lysate (Cat.# 2401-100) can be used as the positive control. The antibody recognizes 34 kDa XAF-1 from samples of human origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.
