  Western blot analysis (0.5-4 µg/ml) and immunocytochemistry (10-20 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The polyclonal anti-cleaved PARP antibody recognizes only the large fragment of PARP (89 kDa) and does not react with the full length PARP.
