Long description
Identification of all human leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, polymorphonuclear cells, eosinophils and basophils in peripheral blood expressing the 180-220 kD M. W. T200 family surface antigen. CD45 is also present on thymus, spleen, tonsil and progenitor cells in bone marrow. Human Progenitor Cell Antigen (MW 115 K daltons) is found on normal peripheral blood lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes and platelets. CD34 is present on 1% or less of cells in normal human bone marrow. Human Progenitor Cell Antigen reacts with 30-70% of acute leukemias, as well as all TdT positive lymphocytes in bone marrow.

PBMC: Add10µl of MAB/10^6 PBMC in 100µl PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2¼ to 8¼C. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. WHOLE BLOOD: Add 10 µl of MAB/100µl of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature (20¼C). Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturer s insBlood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope.

Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by nordc they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C. Stem cell or hematopoietic marker. The most used affinity clone is QBEND10. We compare the affinity to this clone. This nordc Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) antibody is currently after some BD antibodies the most commonly used fluorescent dye for FACS. When excited at 488 nanometers, FITC has a green emission that's usually collected at 530 nanometers, the FL1 detector of a FACSCalibur or FACScan. FITC has a high quantum yield (efficiency of energy transfer from absorption to emission fluorescence) and approximately half of the absorbed photons are emitted as fluorescent light. For fluorescent microscopy applications, the 1 FITC is seldom used as it photo bleaches rather quickly though in flow cytometry applications, its photo bleaching effects are not observed due to a very brief interaction at the laser intercept. nordc FITC is highly sensitive to pH extremes.
