  Capsule Super Optimal Broth Growth Medium is a culture medium, used to prepare competent host cells prior to transformation. For preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, then dispense and sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes.
