Description
Capsule Sabouraud Dextrose Broth is designed to cultivate fungi; yeasts, moulds, and aciduric microorganisms, the dextrose is growth factor for microorganisms, suspend the capsules in distilled or, pyrified water, heat to boiling in ordre to dissolve the capsules, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, then dispense as desired.
