Description
Capsule Brain Heart Infusion Broth is a culture medium, designed to be used in the proliferation of fastidious pathogenic cocci and other mictooragnisms, it can be associated with blood culture, also with allied pathological investigations. for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired, cool the media befor using.
