• Reconstitution Instructions
  Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
• Background Information
  Human IL-8 is a 8.4 kDa protein containing 72 amino acid residues (8-79). IL-8 promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. The 72 amino acid IL-8 is the predominant form secreted by monocytes and lymphocytes.

• Properties
