Coelenterazine I

• Description:

  Coelenterazine i is a synthetic derivative of coelenterazine. The luminescence intensity of its aequorin complex is about 3% that of the aequorin formed from native coelenterazine and the response time to calcium is the slowest of all coelenterazine analogs.
