Coelenterazine N

• Description:

  Coelenterazine n is a synthetic derivative of coelenterazine. The luminescence intensity of its aequorin complex is the weakest of all coelenterazine analogs and its response time to calcium is also much slower than that of native coelenterazine. Coelenterazine n is reported to be a very useful low-sensitivity coelenterazine.
