Hydroxytyrosol-d5 (DOPET-d5) is the deuterium labeled Hydroxytyrosol (HY-N0570) . Hydroxytyrosol is a phenol found in the olive oil. Hydroxytyrosol can alleviate oxidative stress and improve mitochondrial function, thereby exerting neuroprotective effects.
