Mouse anti Human CD27
- Background: The CD27 antigen recognizes disulfide-linked dimer nerve growth factor (NGF) super family of cells expressing the 55kD surface antigen. CD27 acts as a co-stimulatory on T lymphocytes with its ligand of CD70.
- Synonyms: CD27
- CAS Number: 9007-83-4
- UniProt: P26842
- Host: Mouse
- Species Reactivity: Human
- Isotype: IgG1
- Clone: DEN-3
- Conjugation: Unconjugated
- Type: Single-Color Reagent
- Applications: Flow Cytometry
- Field of Research: Flow Cytometry
- Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography
- Assay Principle: PBMC: Add10 µL of MAB/10^6 PBMC in 100 µL PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2 to 8ºC. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. WHOLE BLOOD: Add 10 µL of MAB/100 µL of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature (20ºC). Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturer’s instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope.
