Physostigmine-d3 is the deuterium labeled Physostigmine. Physostigmine (Eserine) is a reversible acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. Physostigmine can crosses the blood-brain barrier and stimulates central cholinergic neurotransmission. Physostigmine can reverse memory deficits in transgenic mice with Alzheimer's disease.
