Storage Conditions
Store at -20 °C to -80 °C. The thawed product is stable at 2-8 °C for 7 days. Following the initial thaw, please prepare multiple aliquots and store at-20 °C to -80 °C. It is not recommended to store the product in a frost-freefreezer. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.
Specificity
The product is determined to be >95% pure based on Coomassie stained SDS PAGE and western blot analysis. Under reducing conditions, CHO NUCB2 isdetected at 3 bands with estimated molecular weight of ~56, 53 and 15 kDa dueto in vivo process such as caspase mediated cleavage. Its concentration isdetermined using a Bradford protein assay BSA standard curve and A280 (with Extinction Coefficients 0.51).
