  The product is determined to be >95% pure based on Coomassie stained SDSPAGE and western blot analysis. Under reducing conditions, CHO Lysosomalprotective protein is detected at an estimated molecular weight of 63 kDa. Itsconcentration is determined using a Bradford protein assay with BSA standardcurve and A280 (with Extinction coefficients 1.61).
