  Store at -20 °C to -80 °C. The thawed product is stable at 2-8 °C for 7 days. Following the initial thaw, please prepare multiple aliquots and store at -20 °C to -80 °C. It is not recommended to store the product in a frost-free freezer. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.

• Specificity:

  The product is determined to be >95% pure based on SDS-PAGE analysis andwestern blot. Under reducing conditions, CHO LPLA2 is detected at an estimatedmolecular weight of 56 kDa. Its concentration is determined using a Bradfordprotein assay BSA standard curve and A280.
