Anti-TPBG (clone A1)-AcBut-calicheamicin ADC

• Description:

  This ADC product is comprised of an anti-TPBG monoclonal antibody (clone A1) conjugated via an AcBut linker to calicheamicin. The calicheamicin is targeted to TPBG-positive cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, calicheamicin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage, and subsequently, induces cell death.
