Ezatiostat hydrochloride leads to JNK activation by inhibiting GSTP1. Ezatiostat hydrochloride stimulates both lymphocyte production and bone marrow progenitor proliferation. Ezatiostat hydrochloride has the potential for myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) treatment[1][2].
