• Description:

  The SSXT Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor SSXT protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of SSXT in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on SSXT.

Component of SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling subcomplex GBAF that carries out key enzymatic activities, changing chromatin structure by altering DNA-histone contacts within a nucleosome in an ATP-dependent manner (PubMed:29374058) .
