The TOB1 Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor TOB1 protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of TOB1 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on TOB1.

Anti-proliferative protein; the function is mediated by association with deadenylase subunits of the CCR4-NOT complex (PubMed:8632892, PubMed:23236473) .
