Description
The ABHD6 Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor ABHD6 protein expression profile in cells. The kit can be used for measuring the relative amounts of ABHD6 in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (ie. siRNA or chemicals), or activators have on ABHD6.

Lipase that preferentially hydrolysis medium-chain saturated monoacylglycerols including 2-arachidonoylglycerol (PubMed:22969151) . Through 2-arachidonoylglycerol degradation may regulate endocannabinoid signaling pathways. May also have a lysophosphatidyl lipase activity with a preference for lysophosphatidylglycerol among other lysophospholipids (By similarity) .
