Monkey primate GREM2/Prdc ELISA Kit PicoKine®

  • Background:

GREM2, also known as PRDC, is one of several BMP antagonists that regulate the functions of BMPs during embryonic development and tissue differentiation. BMP antagonists contain cystine knots and typically form homo- and heterodimers. The CAN (cerberus and dan) subfamily of BMP antagonists, to which this gene belongs, is characterized by a C-terminal cystine knot with an eight-membered ring. The antagonistic effect of the secreted glycosylated protein encoded by this gene is likely due to its binding to BMP proteins. The PRDC gene is mapped to chromosome 1q43.
  • Description:

Monkey primate GREM2/Prdc ELISA Kit PicoKine® (96 Tests) . Quantitate Monkey GREM2 in cell culture supernatants, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA) . Sensitivity: 12pg/ml. The brand Picokine indicates this is a premium quality ELISA kit. Each Picokine kit delivers precise quantification, high sensitivity, and excellent reproducibility. Only our most reliable and effective kits qualify as Picokine, guaranteeing top-tier results for your assays.
