• Source: Chickens were immunized with recombinant full-length bacterial gonococci Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) [Neisseria gonorrhoeae] expressed in E. coli cells. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified.

• Assay Principle: In a Western blot, the anti-GFP used at between 1:3000 and 1:5000 dilution could detect 10 ng of GFP in an A549 cell lysate (see image). Optimal conjµgate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
