• Description:

  Cdk4 Inhibitor is an indolocarbazole which is a potent, selective and ATP competitive cyclin D1/CDK4 inhibitor. It has an IC₅₀ value of 76 nM. It inhibits tumor cell growth, arrests tumor cells at the G1 phase, and inhibits pRb phosphorylation in HCT-116 and NCI-H460 cells with IC₅₀ < 3.0 µM.
