• Description:

  EP 171 is a TP receptor agonist and human platelet activator. EP 171 can induce constriction of guinea pig trachea, and the constriction can be inhibited by the TP receptor antagonist EP 092. EP 171 binds to TP receptors on intact human platelets with an IC50 of 2.9 nM[1].
