Description
The HP Plasmid ezFilter Mega3 Kit delivers a high‐throughput plasmid DNA purification solution for large‐scale bacterial cultures (~500 mL E. coli), yielding 3–4 mg (and higher for high-copy plasmids) of DNA per prep. Its patented ezFilterTM two-layer filtration unit enables rapid lysate clarification without high-speed floor centrifugation. The kit’s proprietary ezBindTM silica matrix and chaotrope-free buffer system (no guanidine salts, no ion‐exchange resin residues) produce ultra-pure DNA suitable for demanding downstream applications including transfection, sequencing, gene therapy vector work and DNA vaccination workflows. DNA yield is achieved within ~60 minutes. The workflow includes bacterial culture lysis, filtration, binding, washing and elution in a streamlined format. Kit components include pre‐packed ezFilterTM units, buffers A1, B1, C1, Elution Buffer, RNase A and detailed protocol. Ideal for research and biotech labs performing high-yield plasmid preparations with minimal handling.
