Description
The MgPure ezFilter Mega3 Kit from BioMiga is a high-capacity plasmid DNA purification system engineered for large-scale bacterial cultures (~1 L) and optimized to yield ~3-6 mg of high-copy plasmid DNA per prep (for 1000 mL culture) . It integrates rapid lysate clarification via the proprietary ezFilterTM two-layer filtration unit (no high-speed centrifugation required) and in-solution binding with magnetic beads (MgPure®) for superior purity and yield. The chaotrope-free buffer system reduces contaminants, delivering DNA suitable for demanding downstream workflows such as transfection, automated sequencing, library screening and vector construction. The kit includes large-volume lysis and neutralisation reagents, ezFilterTM units, magnetic beads, binding/wash/elution buffers, RNase A, and a complete user protocol — ideal for biotech and research labs performing high-yield plasmid preps quickly and reliably.
