Description
The MgPure ezFilter Mega6 Kit from BioMiga is engineered for high-yield plasmid DNA purification from large bacterial culture volumes (~1 L or more), capable of delivering ~6–7 mg of high-copy plasmid DNA per prep. The system combines the rapid, centrifuge-free dual-layer ezFilterTM lysate-clarification unit with in-solution bead-based DNA binding (MgPure®) and optimized wash/elution chemistry. The chaotrope-free, resin-free buffer set ensures ultra-pure DNA suitable for demanding downstream applications including high-efficiency cell transfection, vector construction, library generation and automated sequencing. The workflow is streamlined (< 60 minutes) and supports both manual and scalable formats. Kit components include filter units, bead reagents, large-volume lysis/neutralization buffers, a binding module, wash buffers, Elution Buffer, RNase A and a detailed protocol. Ideal for research and biotech labs requiring consistent multi-milligram yields of plasmid DNA with minimal hands-on time.
