Activity
Induces apoptosis at 0.1 and 1.0μg/ml, in primary cultured mouse hepatocytes, in the presence of cycloheximide (5μg/ml) or actinomycin D (0.5μg/ml) . Induces apoptosis in Jurkat cells (a TRAIL-sensitive human cell line) at 1μg/ml, within 3 hours. Inhibits secondary clonal expansion of mouse CD 8+ T cells in vitro (50ng/ml and greater) .
