Description
Streptavidin APC is intended for detecting biotinylated antigens and biotinylated antibodies by FLOW cytometry.

Purification
Purified recombinant protein is conjugated with allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated protein and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
Components
Streptavidin APC - 1 vial (0.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide.
Storage Conditions
Store at 2-8°C. Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Applications Notes
Flow cytometry: Recomended use: 1 μg/ml. Extracellular and intracellular staining.
