Description
Theimmunoradiometric assay of ferritinis a“sandwich” type assay. Mouse monoclonal antibodies directed againsttwo different epitopes of ferritin moleculeand hence not competing are used. The samples or calibrators are incubated in tubes coated with the first monoclonal antibody in the presence of the second monoclonal antibody labeled withiodine 125.
