  Tn Antigen (Tn Epitope) (Compound 1) is a Trypanosoma cruzi trans-sialidase (TcTS) inhibitor with inhibition rate of 57% at 1 mM. Tn Antigen shows anti-trypanosomal activity with an IC50 of >0.5 mM. Tn Antigen can be used for the research of Chagas’ disease[1].
