  Vasorelaxant agent-1 (Compound 2j) is a BBB-penetrable vasodilator. Vasorelaxant agent-1 has excellent vasodilator activity with an EC50 of 0.02916 μM. Vasorelaxant agent-1 is non-carcinogenic and can be used in the study of hypertension[1].
