  SCH 54388 is an orally active metabolite of Felbamate (HY-B0184) . SCH 54388 markedly reduces the deficit-producing effects of Scopolamine (HY-N0296) or Dizocilpine (HY-15084B) in a dose-dependent manner without significant toxicity up to 300 mg/kg. SCH 54388 can be used for central neuronal systems related diseases research[1].
