  LR-17 (TLT-1 (94-110) ) is a peptide composed of 17 amino acids and acts as an inhibitor of TREM-1. It exhibits anti-inflammatory effects by reducing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) . LR-17 is applicable in the study of sepsis.
