  SHR-2042 is a selective agonist of the GLP-1 receptor. By activating the GLP-1 receptor, it enhances insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon secretion, thereby improving blood sugar regulation. When combined with sodium N- (8-[2-hydroxybenzoyl] amino) caprylate (SNAC), it forms micelles that promote monomerization, increasing oral absorption efficiency.
