• Bioactivity :

  IBI-322 is a bispecific antibody targeting PD-L1 and CD47. In monovalent binding, it can attenuate the activity of CD47, and in bivalent binding, it can block the activity of PD-L1. IBI-322 selectively binds to CD47+PD-L1+ tumor cells, effectively inhibiting the CD47-SIRP? signaling and inducing strong tumor cell phagocytosis in vitro.
