CHF-6550 is an antagonist of the muscarinic M3 receptor (M3 receptor) and an agonist of the ?2 adrenoceptor (?2 adrenoceptor), with pKi values of 9.3 and 10.6, respectively. It exhibits favorable hepatocyte clearance in rat models and demonstrates good pharmacokinetic properties in guinea pigs.
