  LMB-100 is a human immunotoxin targeting MSLN/Mesothelin, known for inducing systemic inflammatory response and recruitment of CD8 T cells. It enhances the antitumor effects of anti-PD-1 antibodies in murine models of mesothelioma with human peripheral blood mononuclear cell transplants and syngeneic lung adenocarcinoma expressing mesothelin. LMB-100 is useful for mesothelioma research. Recommended isotype control: Fab Fused with a fragment of Pseudomonas exotoxin A.
