  AChE-IN-85 (Compound 7k) is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.083 ?M. It reduces nitric oxide (NO) release, the production of TNF-? and IL-1?, as well as levels of LDH and ROS, and inhibits A?42 aggregation. AChE-IN-85 exhibits anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects and is applicable for research on diseases such as Alzheimer's.
