    Dsbc, also known as Protein disulfide isomerase II, belong to the Dsb family. DsbC is periplasmic enzyme known as a disulfide isomerase and can convert aberrant disulfide bonds to correct ones. DsbC consists of 236 amino acids containing signal peptide (1-20 amino acids) . Recombinant E. coli Dsbc was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
