Human TBCB antibody
Description :
Tubulin folding cofactor B, also known as TBCB, belongs to the Microtubules family. Biosynthesis of functional microtubules involve the participation of several chaperones, termed Tubulin folding cofactors A (TBCA), B (TBCB), D (TBCD), E (TBCE) and C (TBCC), that act on folding intermediates downstream of the cytosolic chaperon, alternatively named TCP. TBCB is a 244 amino acid cytoplasmic protein containing one CAP-Gly domain and in widely expressed. TBCB is involved in the regulation of tubulin heterodimer dissociation and may function as a negative regulator of axonal growth.Product Name Alternative :

The cell lysates of Jurkat (40ug) and A549 (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human TBCB antibody (1:1500) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.FACS Description :
Flow cytometry analysis of TBCB in HeLa cells. The cell was stained with ATGA0302 at 2-5ug for 1x106cells (red) . A Goat anti mouse IgG (Alexa fluor 488) was used as the secondary antibody. Mouse monoclonal IgG was used as the isotype control (dark gray), cells without incubation with primary and secondary antibody was used as the negative control (light gray) .IF Description :
ICC/IF analysis of TBCB in HeLa cells line, stained with DAPI (Blue) for nucleus staining and monoclonal anti-human TBCB antibody (1:100) with goat anti-mouse IgG-Alexa fluor 488 conjugate (Green) .
