Assay Principle
Multivalent peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; glucose into fermentable sugars; potassium hydrogen phosphate buffer; a low pH adaptation of microorganisms to survive in acidic growth. Formulation (per liter) : Multivalent peptone 5g Yeast extract powder 5g Glucose 5g Dipotassium hydrogen 4g Final pH5.0 ± 0.2 How to use: 1.Suspend 19g in 1L of distilled water, stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve , autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. 2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage Conditions
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
Recommended Usage
For commercial sterility test acidic canned food.
