Assay Principle
Polypeptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, and growth factors; dipotassium hydrogen phosphate as buffers; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic balance. Formulation (per liter) : Dipotassium hydrogen 5g Polypeptone 7g Glucose 5g Final pH 7.0 ± 0.2 How to use: 1.Suspend 17g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. 2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage Conditions
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
